Future Teachers, Beware!

It's been quite a while since we read the book How Does A Dinosaur Go To School, where Avery learned about show-and-tell. That's why I was so surprised that she remembered what it was and had one to share with me at breakfast the other day. She was eating her favorite, butter and honey on wheat bread. After chewing up a big mouthful she said through her food, "My own show-and-tell!" Then she stuck out her tongue, covered in her breakfast, and said, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh." I was less than impressed. Future teachers, beware!
