Avery inherited a couple pairs of skinny jeans from her stylish cousin, Ruby. I think they're adorable, but Avery isn't a big fan. She doesn't like their movement-restrictive tight fit and prefers "soft pants" to jeans. However, sometimes in the interest of fashion I make her wear them anyway, like last night when I dolled her up in skinny jeans, leg warmers, and boots to go to a fundraiser dinner at the high school.
"These pants are too tight!" she complained. "They'll be alright," I replied. Then came her big but (or "butt" if you like a good pun ;), "I can't toot!"
Well, hallelujah! If a pair of pants are so tight she can't toot, that's all the more reason to make her wear them in public!
