Family Night Fever

We all know how much Avery loves "falimy night." As it turns out, it's not just because it helps her "'lax," but because it has medicinal value as well. All the more reason to have it every night of the week, right? I'm sure that's what she was aiming for the other non-Monday night when she told me, "I have a fever. Maybe falimy night will help me not have a fever." Nice try, but we still didn't have it, so a few nights later she took matters into her own hands:



She sat in the chair we usually sit in while using our laptop, she opened her computer and told us that she was getting her lesson ready. I thought it was so cute that I went in the living room to take her picture. She didn't appreciate the interuption and asked, "Are you coming in here to bug me?"

We still didn't have Family Night. (What kind of parents are we?!?) I wonder what tactics she'll come up with next to get us on board with her "Family Night Every Night" plan...
