June has a habit of calling Grandma Ross to chat it up just about every morning. The other day she had her on speaker phone so we all heard Grandma ask, "What does Ross want for his birthday?"
Glancing at Ross out of the corner of her eye, June replied, "He wants a rainbow sparkly unicorn."
Her teasing words were promptly followed by a melt-down from Ross. All the commotion made it hard to hear, so June ran upstairs with the phone.
"Make sure I get to talk to Grandma!" I hollered.
"Make sure I get to talk to Grandma!" Avery echoed.
"Make sure I don't get girl toys!" Ross demanded.
