June (5)- If you want to see June's eyes light up, just ask her about the time her crush, Jet Kastleman (6), came up to her at church and said, "Hello, beautiful princess!" Then his brother, Max (5), said, "Hello, beautiful girl!" If you see her lost in thought, she's probably reliving that moment in her mind. LOL. As luck would have it, Jet and June are in the same Kindergarten class with the much-loved Mrs. G. June loves Kindergarten! She says her favorite thing about it is "leaving from the house so no one has to boss me around." LOL. June thinks it's the end of the world if I ask her to do her chores (or anything else! Ha!) Chores seem so stifling to one with such a huge imagination.
If June had her way, she'd be living in her little dream world while playing with ponies, or barbies or anything really! Give her a pad of paper and something to write with or any craft supplies and she'll entertain herself for hours. She is very creative and makes the cutest little creations all the time. Right now we have a sweet little fairy house and garden sitting out on our front porch just waiting for a fairy to move in! June loves fairies and princesses and being girly. She wears a skirt just about every day and refuses to sleep in anything but a nightgown.
June wants to do whatever Avery does. She loves swimming. Unfortunately, she didn't pass her swimming lesson class last summer because she's so little she could barely touch the bottom of the pool so she spent most of her time just trying to keep her head above water! She learned how to ride her bike without training wheels this year and loves biking to Kindergarten with mom driving next to her (I can't bike with her regularly cause Ross has to be in just the right mood or we'll never get there!) and then riding home with Avery. She loves books and audio books. Her favorite books are the Rainbow Magic books, which are all about fairies. There are 170 of them (!!!) and we're on the 12th, so we're gonna be there for a while! She got rollerblades for Christmas and can't wait for warmer weather so she can practice more.
Every morning June's breakfast is a cup of hot chocolate. She loves flowers and nature, her Let's Play Music class, and watching TV. Her favorite color is sparkly black. Her favorite memory of 2018 was when Papa and GG came to visit at Christmas time. Her goal for 2019 is to get mom to do Mommy School with her again!
We love our little June!

It's always a special moment when these two act like they like each other. LOL.
Yeehaw!
This is how June got around before she ditched her training wheels.
We swam in Stansbury Lake nearly every day this summer. This is June and Avery with our friends Emie and Kazzy.
