Hard Workin' Mamas

It's only spring and Avery is already excited for it to snow again. She does things you'd do in the snow, only without snow, just to keep in practice. You know, like making grass angels and such. The other day she even got me to pull her and June around our yard and down to the neighbor's house in the snow sled, earning us some funny looks from the cars that passed by. Today she let her "children" (stuffed animals Maisy, Da Weeze, and Violet) have their turn in the sled while she pulled. After a while of that she sat down exhausted and said, "I need a rest. Being a mom is hard work!" Amen, sister! Amen!
