Avery was in awe when she noticed her first "Made in China" tag. Surely things "Made in China" must be super duper special cause they came from so far away. Whenever she found something with that tag she'd bring it to me and expect me to be totally wowed.
Finally one day I couldn't take it anymore, so I broke it to her that most things are "Made in China" because it's cheap to make things in China.
A few days later she asked, "Mom, if everything's made in China, was I made in China? Were you made in China? Do we have tags on us that say 'Made in China?'"
Nope, we were "Made in America" and what a blessing it is!
