Not to be outdone by Avery, June has started spelling things out, too. She says things like, "I stayed awake all night looking at the T-C-K-T-R-K, Christmas lights!" and, "Let's got downstairs so we can ride our T-R-K, bikes!"
One of these days they'll get this spelling thing figured out.
Avery's getting closer. The other day when I was putting Ross down for a nap she said, "R-O-S B-E-D." And today she made a sign all by herself that said, "JUNE NO AVERY BED" and taped it to her bed. I was thrilled that she could write all that out on her own. Not so thrilled by the content, though!
I hope as these sisters learn to S-P-E-L-L, the words they use will show a little more L-O-V-E!
