Berry Good Helpers

After just nine days picking we have 18.5 gallons of raspberries with many more* to come! This is when all the hard work in the patch pays off. Yum! We're lovin' it!

The kids were berry good pickers...at first. They were possessive about their rows, and they thought it was fun that I couldn't see them in the patch cause the canes are taller than them.

Now the novelty of it has worn off and they're mostly just berry good eaters!

Ross' put olives on their fingers. Eldredges use raspberries.

*We ended up getting 46 gallons of raspberries! We gave 24 gallons to family and friends and the rest we made into jam (43 pints) or put in freezer bags. We have no shortage of raspberries!!
